Who handles your data

What data we collect

Only what you send us through the quote form: name, email, phone, town, property type, the services you need, your answers to the form questions, how you found us and any notes you add.

What we use them for

To reply to your request, arrange the visit and prepare your quote, and, if you go ahead, to carry out and invoice the work. We do not use your data for advertising and we never sell it.

The legal basis is your request: these are pre-contract steps you ask us to take when you fill in the form.

How long we keep them

If you do not go ahead, we delete your request after 12 months. If you do, we keep the data needed for invoicing for as long as tax law requires.

Who they are shared with

With two technical providers who only process them on our behalf: Vercel, which hosts the website, and Resend, which delivers your request to us by email. These services may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it or to delete it, and object to its use, by writing to clearview.algarve@gmail.com. You can also complain to the CNPD, Portugal's data protection authority (www.cnpd.pt).

Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It only stores the language you chose in your browser, to keep it between pages.
