Efflorescence removal
The white patch on walls, steps and masonry near the ground is almost never dirt: it is salt coming from inside the material, carried by damp, crystallising at the surface. Washing with water only dissolves it and pushes it back in, weeks later it is there again. It is treated with a buffered acid product and, above all, by addressing where the damp comes from.
