Frames, tracks and shutters

Spotless glass counts for nothing if the track is still full of sand and the shutter caked in dust: with the first rain it all runs back down onto the glass. We clean frames, seals, tracks and shutter slats, and vacuum the sand out of the runner instead of pushing it into the corner.

• Sand vacuumed out of tracks, not pushed into the corner
