Window polishing

When hard water dries in the sun over and over, the limescale stops sitting ON the glass and starts bonding to it. From then on, washing does nothing, the mark is micro-corrosion of the surface itself. Polishing removes that layer with abrasive compound and a felt pad, and gives the glass back its clarity without replacing it.
